Position: Logistics Executive – Post-Shipment Documentation (Exports Division)

Job Location: Ahmedabad

Compensation: Rs. 3 to 5 lakhs PA

Qualifications: Any graduate. B.Com. preferred.

Experience: About 4 years experience in export documentation with a manufacturing company or merchant exporter

Age: 27 to 35 years

Language Proficiency: Written & oral English command is required.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely dispatches
• Ensuring timely & accurate documentation, including inter alia attestation & legalization
• Negotiation of Letters of Credit/ DAP & follow up for payments from customers
• Coordination with inspection agencies for conformity/ compliance reports
• Negotiation of Sea Freight & other charges
• Timely processing of bills of service providers
• MIS Reports preparing for Management
