Core Responsibilities :
 Manage existing customers by :
o Regular communication & meetings.
o Provide regular updates to customer for their orders.
o Update production on the change in customer’s priority.
o Resolve any issues raised by customer.
 Get and input orders from customer in company’s ERP system.
 Provide dispatch updates.
 Get updates on payments from customer end.

Minimum Qualifications :
 Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering.
 2 years of experience involving any type of customer communication.
 Proficient to communicate in English in writing as well as speaking.
 Should be expert in drafting emails.
